Cancellation & Date Change Policy

Rs. 40,000 per person is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. 50% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancellation is made 21 to 30 days before departure. 100% of the package cost is non-refundable if cancellation is made within 21 days of departure. Date Change Requests: Date changes are allowed 21 to 30 days before departure, subject to a fee of Rs. 10,000 per person, plus any applicable additional charges from third-party suppliers. No date changes are permitted within 20 days of departure; standard cancellation terms will apply.
